YOUR SECURITY & RIGHTS

How We Handle Your Data and Account Under These Terms

Our Terms & Conditions include strict data-handling rules to protect your account. We encrypt your login details, payment info and gameplay history.

Data Encryption

Your login, payment methods (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS details) and account balance are encrypted end-to-end. We store encrypted data on secure servers, accessible only by authorised staff.

Account Access Control

Terms require two-factor authentication (2FA) when you change your password or withdraw funds. This blocks unauthorised access. You control 2FA settings in Account > Security.

Data Retention

We keep your account record for seven years after you close your account. This supports dispute resolution and legal compliance where local law permits. You can request deletion after this period.

Privacy Consent

When you agree to our Terms, you consent to data collection for account management, fraud prevention and payment processing. You can manage consent settings in Account > Privacy.

Dispute Documentation

Our terms require us to keep records of all transactions, deposits and withdrawals for dispute resolution. Request your transaction history anytime via the Help Centre.

Questions About kaspoker Terms & Conditions

Players in Jakarta and across Indonesia ask us questions about how our terms work in practice. Here are the ones we hear most—and the answers that matter for your account.

If you breach the terms—like using automation tools, sharing your account or misusing bonuses—we'll issue a warning or suspend your account pending review. Serious breaches (fraud, illegal activity) result in permanent closure. We'll email you the reason and steps to appeal within 14 days.

We can update terms with 30 days' notice sent to your account email. You can review changes before they take effect and close your account if you disagree. Playing after the effective date means you accept the new terms. We never change terms to reduce rights you already have without extra notice.

If you report a disputed transaction, our terms require us to investigate within 10 days. We check payment records, your account activity and your bank's records. We'll email you the outcome and next steps. If you disagree, you can escalate to our disputes team or contact your local payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS).

We retain your full account record for seven years after closure. This covers dispute resolution, transaction verification and legal compliance where local law permits. After seven years, your data is securely deleted unless we're required to keep it longer by law.

Yes. Our Terms & Conditions give you the right to access and correct your data. Open the Help Centre, select 'Account & Data', and choose 'Request My Data' or 'Correct Information'. We'll process your request in 5–10 days and send your data or confirmation by email.

Our terms allow us to close dormant accounts after 12 months with no login and no activity. We'll email you three warnings before closure. You can reactivate a closed account by contacting [email protected] within 90 days. After 90 days, your account is permanently closed and your balance forfeited per local law.

Yes, we do under our terms. We may close your account if you violate rules, engage in fraud, breach payment terms, or if you request permanent closure. Permanent closure means you can't reopen it. Your balance is paid out to your original payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank) within 30 days, minus any outstanding debts.
